STM32F030C8T6 minimum system board and running-water LED.
Course project for the embedded class: build a running-water LED, so I threw in a minimum system board, open-sourced it—feel free to critique and suggest improvements.
The WS2812 RGB LED is on the wrong pin, so PWM control won’t work; if you need it, just swap the IO pin yourself.
